so i bought this 4gb ram (team elite+) 1600mhz DDR3 1.5v
and paired it with my 8gb ram corsair 1600mhz DDR3 1.5v

so the problem is whenever i try to pair them and place them together
my pc will get stuck in bootloop.
i tried to re insert CMOS battery
Restarting and reinserting
removing all cables
updated bios
i also tried testing them 1 by 1..in slot 2 and it booted up normally
although in slot 1 will get me in bootloop

conclusion: RAM slot 1 is faulity?

and yeah my MB is h61m vs

please enlighten me thank you in advance

Solution
first of all, whenever trying to pair two ram modules, always go for the same brand and the exact same ram. The latencies on the ram are different.; the two ram may work, but there might be incompatibility issues.
And also you are right, the first ram slot is faulty. Either send your board for RMA if under warranty or you need to purchase a new motherboard.
