bootmgr compress, press ctrl+alt+delete

I compress widows 7, and now I'm unable to reboot, and get the message bootmgr compress, press ctrl+alt+delete to reboot, which doesn't work, i have no windows CDs nor rescue disk
can I decompress from DOS?
