Bootmgr corrupt. The system cannot boot

I recently done my first pc build,i followed all instuctions and guide and it successfully turned on. So i downloaded windows creation tool to make usb boot device,it completed the download and all,i connected the usb,turned on pc but then it says bootmgr corrupt, the system cannot boot. I’ve downloading the creation three times already and trying to boot but it still says the same,anyone know whats the problem?

Did you use an 8GB flash drive when creating the bootable USB installer? Have you plugged the flash drive in an available USB2.0 port? Mind sharing your full system's specs?

Zotac gtx 1060 3gb
Sandisk ssd plus 120gb ,wd blue 1tb hdd
Corsair cx650m
I used a 2.0 usb 64gb and plugged it in,is it the problem with the usb because it was a really cheap one?
