BOOTMGR FRUSTRATING!

Hello,
First off I'm trying to freshly install windows 7 os and I am using the usb bootable windows 7 and when I click on usb i get a message that says "BOOTMGR is missing PRESS Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart" PLEASE HELP stuck for 4days now =(
