BOOTMGR IS MISSING, i have no recovery disk. what can i do

my acer aspre 5517 has opened withn BOOTMGR is missing. press ctrl+alt+del. in doing so nothing happens. i dont have a disk because this was second hand. how can i fix this?

I would suggest supergrub bootdisc. I just found it and used it last night. Unfortunately for me, the recovery partition was jacked too. 🙁
