Is the installation dvd you are using an official disc or a burned one?
The burned one.. no official disc was given when i bought the laptop
if you really want to install Windows 7 on the machine you can create a bootable USB drive for installing it using a flash drive that is at least 8GB in size and this you can use this software
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=56485 (if it doesn't work with that softrware can try this software https://rufus.ie/ ) and then use a Windows 7 ISO downloaded from here
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows7 using the windows key found on the sticker of the laptop.
Alternatively, you can upgrade to Windows 10 using this software
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Before beginning to use any of these software to make the drive bootable, be sure to do the following to properly clean and format the flash drive while it is inserted into a PC.
open command prompt as administrator:
search for CMD in windows search and right click and run as administrator.
Once it is open, type in the following commands followed by pressing the ENTER key after each one.
Diskpart
List Disk
Select Disk # (where # is the number corresponding to the flash drive)
Clean
Create Partition Primary
Select Partition 1
Active
Format Quick FS=FAT32
Assign
Exit
Exit
You can now use the tool to create a bootable flash drive.
Once the drive is created, go to the bottom right of the task bar and click the little up arrow and right click on the little flash drive with a check mark on it and select the flash drive to safely remove it, then take it out and put it into the laptop.
Then, turn the laptop on and press whatever key the BIOS post screen tells you to press to enter into boot loader options/boot options/boot selector etc. etc.
Once in the boot selection screen, select the USB drive (if there are two options for USB drive pick the first one usually) and this will bring you to the Windows installation screen where you can install Windows.
Choose the big INSTALL button, then go to custom install, then select all the partitions that are listed and delete all of them so that you have one single empty drive and select that and click install.
After that it's the usual sit back and wait for windows to do it's thing until you get dropped off on at the desktop.
From there you can proceed to check for updates until there are not more and install programs and stuff like usual.
