Bootmgr is missing

hello,
yesterday i activated a partition and now i get the "bootmgr is missing" screen when i turn on my computer. I have tried pressing f8 in order to get system recovery but nothing has happened besides getting loud beeping noises from my computer. i do not have a windows recovery disk on me. is there any way that i can fix this issue. Thank you!

You can borrow anyone copy of win7 recovery disk as long as its the same version.
