BOOTMGR is missing

Guys you gotta help me out please im so desperate, ive been digging around all over the web and nothing helps, ive tried spamming the hell out of the f8 key to get to recovery mode and resetting my bios but nothing works. I tried to create a new partition on my hdd and after rebooting I got the message, ABSOLUTELY nothing works and this pc is my life guys, I would highly appreciate the help

I would ...if you can....plug the hard drive into another pc, see if it picks up. If it does, format the drive.....NOT quick format. Put it back in the other pc and try installing windows again. If it does not pick up, it might be a faulty hard drive.

Well , this hdd is only a year old now and this problem on showed up after I (stupidly) marked my C drive as active in the drive manager , so I screwed up the partition
