Hello. I'm having this problem with dad's older laptop. He asked me to reinstall his windows. So i found some windows dvd at home a started booting installation. I formatted disks when installing. But then mid installation i got some error. Maybe DVD was wrong or something. I don't remember. So i decided to download windows and put it on DVD a boot it. But since then im only getting this error "BOOTMGR is missing. Press ctrl+alt+del to restart". Of course i tried restarting several times, but nothing happened. I changed boot priority to dvd, hdd. Still same. Basically i can't do anything. Only this error is appearing. There was windows xp before on that laptop.

Well..there ya go.
You downloaded it from an invalid source, and you did not create the thing properly.

Tom's Hardware does not support pirated software.
Get your OS from a VALID source.
