I uninstalled it by accident, I used a back up computer to do the following... I used rufus to get windows 10 iso onto the flash drive. It boots up windows restore fine. In all the videos it says automatic repair my only has start up repair, when selected it says cannot repair and shows no log file. Cannot system restore and I did the cmd suggestions.

I've watched every video, read most forums and they always get the automatic repair option when they boot from flash. Any idea's??

Solution
what did you uninstall? windows? or boot partition?

I have never found Automatic repair, I believe it existed in win 8 but Startup repair has replaced it in win 10. The only Auto repair that exists now is what runs at startup if PC can't boot and has restarted 3 times.

See if this helps rebuild the boot partition -
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose command prompt
