Bootmgr missing

Just got a new computer built and all parts are new...

Asus crosshair 4
amd 4 965
samsumg f3 1tb hdd
LG dvd
Crusial 4g ram

All part work I can get to my Bios, Boot order is correct. I put in the windows 7 disk and half way through the setup it stopped said a file was corrupted and turned off. Now when I try to boot from the disk again it says "Bootmgr is missing" ctl atl dlt to restart.

Is it possible the disk is corrupt? Need help.
