hi, i've set my time time to display list of operating systems to 0 and now whenever my pc loads it instantly goes to winxp setup instead of showing what to boot. please help me fix this problem as i cant start in safe mode or open command prompt

you should right click on my computer and find startup and recovery then reset " time to display list of operating system" to 5 or 10 sec .

the thing is i cant open my computer as whenever i turn my pc on the windows wont even load. it goes straight to winxp setup for wich i have no cd.

witch os you installed beside xp (if any ) ?
you can delete win xp installation partition during xp installation if don't have anything important on it .
