Bootup time is really slow with SSD

I have windows 10 installed onto an SSD and the boot times are much slower than it should be.
The time it takes to get to the log in screen is typical for an ssd, but once i typed in my password and the Windows Logo comes up, it just spins for around 15-20 seconds before entering desktop. I have no idea what the problem and I even tried to disable most things in Msconfig.
Also, this isn't a consistent issue. Sometimes it boots really fast, like around less than 5 seconds, but other times it just lingers.
Any suggestions

Generally SSD works fast as compared to the HDD, you may have some another issue.
Pleases contact your device manufacturer.

Do you have any HDDs installed? If they are just storage drives try unplugging them. I've had old/failing HDD slow down boot times before.

Yes I do, but that is only used for storage and I have my boot priorities set up correctly so it shouldn't affect anything...I think.

But I have them in use as storage. I don't think they are faulty since I literally bought them 1 month ago when I built my new PC.
