yea so i have a problem and Ive been trying to fix it on my own... But

Borderlands keeps crashing when I am playing it I am 1000% sure my pc can handle it.

Details of problem:
I am on the Road to Sancutary Mission (find Captain Reise) I go to where the bullymongs are and then it locks up freezes then crashes and the audio is looping after it crashes, and stops only when I either Restart or Shut down my PC. I have tried to lower my CPU overclock, Ive tried re validating the files, I always have one thats required for redownload... So i have no clue what is going on

Specs:
3570k OC to 4.0 GHZ ( was at 4.3)
8GB 2133mhz Gskill ram
Gigabyte GTX 760 With no overclock
I am running Win 7 Ultimate x64

Running Nivida 326.19 Drivers, and up to date physx software, I have just uninstalled my AV and turned off my firewall to see if they were the problem but it still crashes

All drivers are up to date and working with every other game but this one.
I bought the Game couple days ago from a local game store, then i bought all the DLC's (season Pass plus a few skins on the Steam Store)

In game settings are as follows:
Window Mode: Fullscreen
Vsync: Off
Framerate: Unlimited
Mute Audio on Focus Loss: On
Auto Detect Settings : OFF
Resolution : 1920x1080
Ambient Occlusion: On
Depth of Field : On
Anisotropic Filtering: 4x
Bullet Decals: High
Foliage Distance : Far
Texture Quality : High
Game Detail : High
View Distance : Ultra High
Physx Effects : Low
FXAA: On

Here is the Error Code I keep getting from windows when it crashes.

Solution
update your bios and fresh install the graphics drivers using driver fusion.

uninstall current driver and dont restart.
run driver fusion nvidia driver cleaner then restart.
install new driver as custom and only install display driver.

you might also want to use driver fusion to clean uninstall your physx drivers the same way as above.

Sounds like it could be faulty memory. Did you make sure to take out one stick and test only one? I believe that gets the best results, but I have not run memtest before so I would do some reseach about it on your own. I'd also check your temps to make sure you're not overheating (HWMonitor or MSI Afterburner).

you would be surprised what sorts of problem your antivirus can cause if it becomes corrupt or is just shit anyway.

if your using avast get rid of it, it can cause all sorts of problems and system slowdowns.
just uninstall your antivirus if its anything else and check your games again then reinstall it.

Ok so I found another game where it crashes.... I move a few feet in world of Warcraft and then it does the exact same thing, Im thinking I might have something wrong with my internet provider that might be lagging out the entire system and that could be the reason its crashing, both are online games
