Howdy, I currently own a pair of Bose qc35's and would these have the same gaming performance as a pair of steelseries or astro headphones? The mics not an issue, i'll buy a blue yeti or somethin. Just want to be sure im hearing everything. Thanks!

They are superior, their BT connectivity is solid. The mic built in works just fine.

For mobile usage, QC35 sounds really good and extremely comfortable, other alternatives are MDR100ABN and MDR1000X. (I personally went with MDR100ABN for mobile.)
Sound quality incl. sound stage (surround) is also superb.

The main issue for all BT headphones/sets, if you wanna use them for gaming/movies via BT on PCs, you can not go cheap on the BT dongle/adapter. Why? I tried quite a lot of dongles in the past, cheap dongle could cause massive input lag. The sound will be heard late...the game/movie will not be that enjoyable anymore.

Actually, for PC, I prefer to get something like Sennheiser HD599 (I personally went with this) and a decent DAC/soundcard.
