bose soundsport free wont pair with BTI-010 transmitter & receiver

OK, I thought I had this solved.... the BTI-010 pairs to my Bose Soundsport wireless earbuds, but in the transmit mode, I'm not getting audio...

Check with the device vendor if it's not sending audio to the headphones.
