Botched windows cloning

I got way in over my head and botched an attempt at trying to clone my windows install from my desktop HDD to SSD using a program called [strike]Macromedia[/strike] Macrium Reflect. I have Windows 10 pro but my install disc is 8.1, adrock h97pro mobo, Intel 4590 3.3GHz cpu. Its a 250 gb PNY SSD.

I am now trying to reinstall windows but when it asks me which disk to install on, disk 0 lists as 223gb and disk 1 as 930gb. Is it combining the two drives somehow? How can I get a proper reinstall on my SSD/HDD in this situation?

Disconnect the HDD completely from the system and install to the SSD.

Cloning is not difficult. It just needs to be done correctly.
