So yeah, as title said, if I put hex #555 on the left side of any of my two monitors, the monitor would go black. VGAs aren't the problem, nor converters (i have GT 1030, converting HDMI/DVI-D to VGA)
PSU also isn't the problem I think, on the new computer problem also occurs.

More information needed.

Why and how are you putting "hex #555" on the left side of the monitors?

Are you writing some code for a particular project or assignment?

What are you coding in?

I found a reference to hex #555 being referred to as Davy Grey.

Another link:

https://www.color-hex.com/color/555555

Also, the following link shows grey's and a black:

http://www.perbang.dk/rgb/555555/

However, I do not know how you (or even how) you are applying the color to half of the screen and ending up with black on the left.

Are you able to post the relevant code or script?

I'm not really coding anything, the color sometimes show in-game and the monitor turns off until I move from the spot,
*This specific color must be on first pixel from left side of a monitor, not on half of the monitor, then it blink. Applies on both. It only does that on this specific color, on the first height pixel from left side!
Here's how it works:
