Both of my accounts banned for no reason

Recently came back to TH after maybe a month or so break to see both of my accounts have been banned. Checked my PMs for both accounts as well as the emails for both and I have received nothing about why I was banned.

AFAIK there is no rule about alt accounts either so I honestly have no idea why I'm banned. Doesn't help either that the forums don't have an email/phone support.

I regularly used a VPN and logged on from 5+ devices if that had anything to do with me getting banned. Would make sense considering there's probably a lot of malicious activity associated with the VPN's IP.

If you're on VPN there's a very good chance that you came in on IP addresses that have been banned for spam. Although without knowing the account names it's only speculation.
