My current mobo measures 9.6 inch x 7.2 inch ( 24.5 cm x 18.3 cm ) utx form factor. I'm planning to replace it with a mobo that measures 9.6inch x 9.6 inch (24.4cm x 24.4cm) also utx. My case is also utx. Are the holes of the new mobo going to align with the case's holes? If not, what should I do?

I think you've asked this before. If the case is designed to micro ATX standards and the motherboard is designed to microATX standards, they will work together. The microATX standard for motherboards has more to do with the placement of the screw holes and component placement than the exact outer dimension of the motherboard. If you go look, you will see that the outer dimensions will vary quite a bit between many motherboards.

Sorry sir. You're right, I asked this before but I'm just paranoid about what am I going to do in the event that the mobo's holes do not align well with the case holes.
