both windows 7 and 8 BSOD wit different erros

so ive had my PC for 4 months now but for the last month its continuously BSOD but it has come up with different errors each time, does anyone know whats wrong with it? is it hardware?

are you overclocking?

does it do it in safe mode?

run memtest to check ram is ok

memtest says error confidence value 109, errors 8986, im guessing its new RAM that i need?

thats a lot of memory errors so yeah guess your ram is the problem
