I'm sorry for taking so long to get back to you. Your computer easily meets the minimum requirements for Pinnacle Studio 21, so I suspect you may have a software issue. PS21 doesn't support H.265 encoding without Windows 10 (plus you'd need a 6th gen or newer processor if sticking with Intel), so if that's what you're using, you might want to try H.264 instead.

Also, if you haven't done so recently, it might be worth giving...
Can you give us a bit more information about the conditions in which you are experiencing a bottleneck? Gaming, CAD modelling, FEA simulations, word processing, video playback etc... This will help us narrow down on which components are likely causing you trouble.

The only thing from the spec that stands out as being more restrictive than anything else is the GTX 570. 1GB of memory and a 780MHz core clock will hold you back in HD gaming, especially if you have anti aliasing turned up and high texture quality.

I am editing Videos so i have a problem with pinnacle studio 16 when editing 3h:00 Video. Pinnacle would crash or freeze more than 10 times. Giving the error ng studio stopped working, bg render stopped working. Prchased studio 21 now its worse . Stop working every 7-10 minutes. Is it my pc or its Pinnacle ?
