[SOLVED] Bottle neck cpu?

I recently bought R5 3600. During the build, my rog strix rx580 shorted out. I am looking at a sapphire nitro+ rx 5500xt. Will the rx5500xt bottleneck my cpu?

R5 3600
b450 tomahawk
16 GB 3000mhz Ge Skill Tridents
Corsair CX550 psu

Graphics cards cannot bottleneck CPUs, by definition.
A bottleneck occurs when one component limits the performance of another, a relatively week GPU wont prevent the processor from working to its full capacity.

So I will still get good performance with the 5500xt? At least better than my RX580?
