Bottle neck issues

Is there any potential bottlenecking with the AsRock z77 extreme4, GTX 780 SLI, and i7 3770?

No issues at all. That is still a very powerful CPU/motherboard.

Is this a new build, or an upgrade? The other part that many make mistakes on, is the PSU, whether it's not enough watts/amps or made of low quality parts.
