Hi everyone,

I use Ryzen 3 1300X processor. Starting from Assassin's Creed Unity, CPU usage is 100% in all games and I have a serious bottleneck. Upgrading resolution or upgrading the graphics did not work. What can I do except hardware replacement?

My specs;

R3 1300X
B350 Tomahawk
VS650 650W 80+
8GB Single Channel DDR4 2933 MHz
GTX 1650 SUPER Gaming X

Would it be useful to make the RAM dual channel?

Thanks.

Solution
Look at getting a Ryzen 5 2600 for 6 cores 12 threads or a Ryzen 3 3300X with 4 cores 8 threads for about the same price, but faster performance per core by around 25%. The 3300X is as fast or faster than a Ryzen 5 3600X per core. If you go with Ryzen 3000 you won't be able to reuse your current CPU in the same motherboard, so keep that in mind if upgrading.

Edit - I should also say that if you have the money, look at getting a Ryzen 5 3600 or maybe even a Ryzen 7 3700 for a much longer lasting upgrade.
