Better off getting a i5-4690k + Z97.
If you had to get AMD then build is ok but the Mobo is pretty weak for this build. It won't overclock well. You need a 990fx instead of a 970.
Last, that PSU is massive. No need for 1000W. You would do fine with 850W or 750W.

I have a budget of $1500 and any site works fine for me. I do have Amazon prime though so if it can be found on amazon I have two day free shipping
