Bottleneck GTA SA ?

Hello,I have a weird problem with GTA SA.I have amd a10-5800k and gtx 760 asus directcu II and the game is running at 30 fps,sometimes 50 and 40 but my gpu usage is never above 10 % and one core of my cpu is always 100 %.I was searching for solution but found nothing.GTA 4 has similar problem,but gpu usage is about 50 % and cpu about 80 % so that's not bad.I overclocked my a10 to 4,1 ghz and no result.My mobo is a55bm-k,psu corsair cx600m.Nothing changed after turning off frame limiter,installing ENB series.Sorry for my bad English and hope someone helps me.

P.S NFS The Run uses 100 % of all cores and gpu usage is about 30 %,game has fps drops to 30 on ultra settings...I'm playing only on 1360x768 resolution.

That sounds like some kind of viruses or a bitcoin miner running on your background.
Try reverting to your default theme if you are using custom themes, and scan your PC for viruses and malwares.

I have an Avast,at idle cpu usage is normal.Now i'm downloading Malwarebytes Anti-Malware,but i really don't think it's a virus...

And Battlefield 3 is running normally,about 98-100 % (rarely dropping to 60 % and then fast again to 98) and processor at about 80 %...

Could be a driver issue . You using only the gpu built into the cpu or yang using a dedicated card

Never mind yang said a 760 card missed it is try some different drivers . Could be the and driver conflicting with the Nvidia as well . Like I got a few 9590 cpu says only and driver can install is the USB filter driver . Yang still running catalyst or the new crimson driver . And ain't used a a10 cpu with is like a 4 or 6 core that also works with the integrated gpu . So not sure if yang getting a driver conflict . But that be a good place to start

I'm using only a dedicated card,integrated graphics is turned off by the system automatically.I have the card since yesteday,latest drivers installed.

Ok,I will try uninstalling the Catalyst Control Center

And in running dual 650 time boosts in sli. Had to remove catalyst or crimson drivers cent for the USB filter driver to get it to run right.

Worth a shot could try the new crimson driver but only install say the new crimson ones. I'm pretty sure the Crimson work with the a10 .

Amd replaced Thierry catalyst driver with crimsion so the newerror Apulia drivers might help and that article I linked . That going to be the hard part of that Apulia is finding right driver combination to work and right settings

San andreas practically works with only one thread so it's normal that only one core works 100%.

The rest of your problems is because you run at 1360x768 and probably at medium or low settings,the 760 is capable of much higher resolutions so you only get a low usage.

The Apulia are direct then a regular cpu though and his gpu usage is tanking

AMD crimson software is downloading very slow...I uninstalled and nothing changed.I watched some videos on YouTube that shows my processor should have no problems with bottlenecking this card...

Ok,I know the scores are fine,but why GTA IV using 100 % of one core ? I don't understand this...
