Bottleneck gtx 950?

I have a amd phenom II x6 processor and i'm planning on buying a gtx 950. Will the Gpu be bottlenecked by the CPU? The main game I want to play is Middle Earth: Shadow of mordor.

In most games, a bottleneck will not on your gpu. In rare case, a game could not be optimized to use all 6 cores and it should bottleneck (this would occur in skyrim).
