Bottleneck help gpu cpu

I have an Intel® Xeon® Processor E5345
8M Cache, 2.33 GHz, 1333 MHz FSB
My gpu is a gtx 760. 32 gigs of ram.
I have the money to buy a gtx 1050.
Would this bottleneck or would it give me better performance?

Wait. The next gen Nvidia cards are about to launch and the 10 series pricing will begin to drop some. If you can't then a 1050 shouldn't bottleneck you.
