Bottleneck help needed

When I play battlefield and other games on my computer my CPU is around 95% but my graphics card is around 50% is this because of a bottleneck between the CPU and GPU or is this normal

specs:
AMD A6 3600
12gb ddr3 ram
acer aparker motherboard
1tb hard drive
GTX 650ti sc

An A6 is a pretty decent APU, but a pretty poor CPU to combine with a dedicated graphics card. In the same slot you should be able to use a 750k or 760k(an A10 without the built in graphics) and get a pretty decent boost in performance for $80-$90.
