Bottleneck i5 3570k

Hello, just wanna ask if my cpu i5 3570k oc to 4.0GHz will bottleneck GTX 1070?
I read some of the post but i wanna ask for sure. 3570 have only 4 cores that are running around
80-100% usage mostly 95+%.

1080p, yes. 1440p maybe not. Looking at your CPU usage, yes.

As you increase resolution then the videocard becomes more important. This is why you might see CPU comparisons where at 1080p all the CPUs have similar performance, but as you go up to 1440p or 4k then you see large differences.

So if you right now are at 1080p and seeing 95% CPU use, a 1070 is not going to improve things that much if at all.

Okey, im just testing something and im playin BF1 now my cpu is 100% and my beautiful 970 is on max 50% usage.
If I get this right, my cpu *3570k bottlenecking my 970 so if I buy dunno maybe i7 7700k usage of my 970 go up?

Try and overclock more out of your cpu to minimise bottleneck

it is possible to try reinstall the windows can that make any difference? Maybe that can help my gpu boost the usage (wishfully thinking)

OKEJ I just oc my cpu to 4,2 just +200mhz then before and my gpu is at 70%+ I got it now then yes i need better cpu or OC main to heaven thank you bros
