Though, while you're planning to go with 8GB RAM, do note that some latest AAA titles can use up to 12GB of RAM and 16GB of total RAM would be ideal. But even if you keep 8GB of RAM, you can game @ 1080p just fine.
Oh, i'm not sure why would you go with 10K RPM HDD in your build since it's quite noisy. High RPM HDDs are beneficial only as an OS drives. For data storage drive, you'd be better off with 7200 RPM drive or even better yet, a 5400 RPM drive.
The ram will bottle neck more then anything, you need to get 16GB. After that it depends on the games and resolution you play at as to which part will bottle neck the system.
There will be a GPU bottleneck. It will be around 10-15%. For this cpu i would recommend a GTX 1070 if u can afford it ofc. Also a gpu like this needs 16 gb of ram and a coffee lake CPU won`t benefit much from a 2666mhz ram. It would be better to get 5$ more expencive 2x4gb 2400mhz kit in my opinion.
No it will not, with the i5 8600k, you will see almost the full potential of your gpu, your ram is ok but some triple a (AAA) titles may require 16gb of ram.
