Yes, you need a new PSU and case. As shown in your other thread, your case is non-standard BTX.
A series (A320) boards do cost less, however, they do not have support for newer Ryzen CPUs, limiting your upgrades in the future. Also, A320 boards have fewer BIOS updates and tend to have worse memory compatibility. Also, A320 boards cannot overclock your CPU.
B350 and B450 boards eliminate all of these issues. B450 should have better support for upcoming CPUs.
Assuming your current hard drive uses SATA, it can be reused. I would recommend adding an SSD if possible.

That PSU was about 20 euros cheaper than the cheapest CX, my go to at this pricepoint. The Pure Power 11 is a very good unit aswell, just not with much wattage. Still enough for a 1050ti or 1060.

The full build goes around 190€ because i have searched all the components i need in a shop near which my friend lives and i can buy them there . Maybe not now but a bit later
