Suppose I have nvidia Geforce gtx 750, AMD Athlon 64x2 4600+ and 2 gb ram. Which will bottleneck gpu more processor or ram.

What if i upgrade the processor to Core 2 Quad and ram to 4gb.

yes it will. get 8gb if possible. for core2quad, get q9xxx if you can
