Bottleneck or not?

My friend's build has a CPU/GPU combo of an i5-8500 and an RX580. I had slight suspicion they would bottleneck. Do they bottleneck? I sure hope not.

You will have no bottleneck at all. I have a friend with an i5 8400 and GTX1080, no issues.

CPU is certainly not a bottleneck here. It can drive much more powerful GPUs than 580.
