will the rtx 2070 super bottleneck the ryzen 5 2600 overclocked to 4.2ghz?? my specs are msi tomahawk b450, 32gb of 3200mhz ram. gaming at 1440p

mostly gaming at 1440p 144hz (hopefully) lol

Yes so it is a 8 percent bottleneck which is great. So add 10 percent on to the graphs posted and that will give you a good indication what you can expect with the 2070 super. And that is without oc your cpu and gpu so you will be fine.
