Bottleneck ryzen 3 1300x and my MSI gtx 1080 ti

I buy a 1080ti for 500€, but I have a problem, this bottlenecks to my ryzen 3 1300x. The problem is..... I see a lot of people in Youtube with benchmarks of their ryzen 3 and 1080ti and go perfectly in their computers, but in my PC is horrible, battlefield 1 at 50 fps or 40, I don't know what's happenin', I tried a lot of things.
Please I need help

so yes your GPU is much more capable than your CPU, that doesn't mean that you can't keep using it. BF1 is notorious for needing more than just 4 cores for smooth gaming. also do you have 8gb or 16gb RAM? you definitely need dual channel and at least 16gb to get the most out of what you are currently running. also what res monitor?

Battlefield 1 has two modes, single player and multiplayer. Not only that, you can be in multiplayer with few other players or multiplayer with many other players. Single player is much less demanding. So which type are you comparing?

Ok... My PC specs:
Ryzen 3 1300X 3.7ghz oc
Asrock b350 am4
2x4gb Ram 2400mhz
Lg 25" ultrawide 2560x1080p
Msi gtx 1080 ti

Now, after trying how I can stop bottleneck I've decided to upgrade at ryzen 5 2600, so I hope it will run pretty well... If not.. I have a problem

Also, I pass a userbenchmark. Every test say the same.. "Very high background CPU usage (70%)

Well, I also tried with 8gb ram more but.. its running equal, i dont see diffrence
