[SOLVED] Bottleneck, should I change my build?

So I am going to build a new PC and I plan on it being a 3700X and 2070 super PC but after user a bottleneck calculator, and I found that there is a smaller bottle neck if I use a 3600 and 2080 Super. So should I get these parts instead?

I will reiterate what @USAFRet said . . and reword:

NEVER, EVER use a bottleneck calculator.

You go strictly by the following criteria:

• Monitor resolution
• Monitor refresh rate, and if it has FreeSync, GSync, or neither
• What games you wish to play

General rule of thumb is to spend about double on the GPU as what you spent on the CPU to have a balanced system but there are other factors as well.
