So here are my pc specs:

  • AMD Ryzen 3 2200G
  • MSI A320M PRO-E
  • Vengeance LPX 8GB DDR4 3000MHZ (not sure if its actually running on 3000 lol)
I'm thinking about getting Asus ROG Strix Rx 570 or maybe even Sapphire Nitro+ 8G Rx 570. Would it bottleneck? (especially on Fortnite) I'm willing stream at 720p60fps aswell.

A 2200g will not bottleneck a 570 or 580 at 1080p or higher. Considering a Gigabyte 4gb RX570 can be had for less than $120 brand new with 2 free games, I would go that route.
For 720p60 streaming with a 2200g is not ideal but it should work. You may be able to utilize the Igpu for stream encoding with the 570 (or any other dedicated GPU) for rendering the games.
My GTX 1050 + R3 1200 @3.7ghz (very similar performance to a 2200g) was able to do decent 1080p streams over ethernet using Geforce Experience when I tried a while back. That was even in gtav with decent settings that tended to hammer my CPU.
