[SOLVED] Bottleneck??

Hi, Im planning to upgrade my old rig but first i would like to upgrade my graphic card to 2060 or 1070 ti or not but the problem is will it bottleneck my cpu??

Current rig:
I7 4790 (Non k)
16gb ram 1600mhz
3 tb hd
PSU Corsair CX600m
1080p 60hz

Your cpu is no problem for 60Hz/FPS, those gpu’s would run 1440p 60Hz or 1080p 144Hz.

My big concern is the CX600. That is one of the old green label CX psu’s which are low quality. Personally I wouldn’t risk a new gpu on an old low quality psu, my advice is upgrade the psu first.

4790 is good for 60fps in almost every game out there, at 60fps you'd be able to crank up the quality settings to max also in almost every game out there and in most of those cases a 2060 or 1070ti will hardly break a sweat.
