so can i game on gtx 1650S and with that cpu i5-4670T games like red dead 2/ac orgins/odyessy/ warzone etc? on 1366/768 (MY MAX) WITHOUT Stutter or fps drop? i know it wont MAYBE perform full performance

The bottleneck calculator is junk science.
It has no knowledge of the games you will play.

There is no such thing as "bottlenecking"
If, by that, you mean that upgrading a cpu or graphics card can
somehow lower your performance or FPS.
A better term might be limiting factor.
That is where adding more cpu or gpu becomes increasingly
less effective.

A T suffix processor is a low voltage processor that is a bit slow.
What is your current graphics card?
Some games are cpu limited and some are graphics limited.

Try this simple test:
Run YOUR games, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
This makes the graphics card loaf a bit.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely more cpu limited.

MY CARD RW is gt 1030, so i will replace it with gtx 1650S? ofc i will get better performance WITH THAT CPU right?

With a stronger graphics card, you WILL do better.
By how much is determined by the games you play. Fast action games more so.
CPU limited games, not so much.
Regardless, a GT1030 is considered as about the lowest card that can be considered for gaming.
GTX1650S will do better, and is easily transported to a new pc with a stronger processor.

Okay so you say i will mount the gtx 1650Super on my current CPU(I5-4670T 2.3GHz) till i get a new cpu right?
