From adding up those parts I guess your budget is in the £500 range

I did this for another thread today so dont mind if I copy and paste it here for you it may help

AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition 3.4GHz Quad Core

Palit NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660Ti Jetstream 2GB Graphics Card

That Totals £580

I'm £30 over but its got the brand new 660ti Graphics Card this will run anything at high or better

If you want to stay in budget get this Graphics Card instead

Palit NVIDIA GeForce GTX560Ti 448 Edition Graphics Card
http://www.cclonline.com/product/70219/NE5X564010DA/Graphics-Cards/Palit-NVIDIA-GeForce-GTX560Ti-448-Edition-Graphics-Card/VGA0422/

Would make the Total £512

It will play everything on medium or high currently just the 660ti will stay relevent for longer (its alot more powerful)

Beaware none of these builds (or the one you linked) include windows so thats an extra £70 unless you own a copy already

I used an AMD CPU in the build as in your price range getting an Intel i5 would mean a lower Graphics card as most games are GPU (graphics card) bound its better to get this CPU and a good Graphics Card rather than a top[ end CPU and a cheapo graphics card (like the build you linked). I included a CPU cooler as its a very very easy and safe task to Overclock that CPU a little.

Windows 7

No bottlenecks.

That GPU is a bit underpowered if your looking for ultra settings on games like BF3, but should be good for not as intensive games or if your happy with med-high settings on intensive games.

Thats the special edition 448 core version of a 560ti its performance is closer to a 570 not bad for £185

The 660ti is pricey but it will max out anything but I can see why £250 may be a stumbling block on that one

If the £185 560ti 448 edition is too much then a regular 560ti would be ok but the amount saved I dont think is worth the performance drop (unless you really cant afford the £185 card)
