Hi guys,
i was wondering if my cpu is bottlenecking my gpu and wondering if i should upgrade?

Is there a way to check it?

Cpu: i5 3750k
GPU: 980 Ti SLI
MOBO: MSI GD65 77A(im not so sure)
PSU: 1050 crosair
Monitor: Acer XB280HK Bprz 28-Inch Display Ultra HD 4K2K NVIDIA G-Sync (3840 X 2160)
Ram: 16 GB

Im not at home right now so I can't give the full specifications

Thanks,

There's a very easy way to check for bottlenecks - and the only way you're going to directly answer this yourself. Download and run a logging utility such as MSI Afterburner (free). Check out a YouTube video or two on it's use if needed. Then, let it log CPU/GPU and RAM usage during gaming. Check the log later to easily spot any bottlenecks. If your GPU is close to 100% usage while your CPU is not then you have a GPU bottleneck. Vice-versa for the CPU or GPU RAM.
Of course, make sure nothing else is utilising your CPU or GPU.
