How much a Ryzen 3600 will bottleneck an RTX Titan?

Right now, nobody actually knows ANYTHING concrete about ANY Ryzen 3000 series processor. They haven't been released or reviewed. Wait for reviews.

The first problem is there are no proper independent in depth reviews of the 3600 yet. Then bottlenecks depend on resolution, the game, game settings and with prior gen Ryzen RAM choice also has an impact. Even the best CPU’s will bottleneck in certain circumstances.

Just like with any computer. Be it a 15 year old Pentium 4, a new 'tablet', or a Cray supercomputer...there is always a "bottleneck" of some kind.

Playing what game? Doing what CAD work?
