Question Bottlenecking? Ryzen 5 2600 , Rog Strix 6700 XT

Updated my 1060 6GB with Rog Strix 6700 XT , my cpu is overclocked at 3.8 GHz 1.25 voltage.
GPU is min 2500 MHz , max 2800 MHz ,1200voltage , power limit 15%. vram is 2150 MHz.
I should get better performance but idk why i dont.. SAM is enabled , ram is 3000mhz 16GB (D.O.C.P enabled in bios).

I thought about upgrading CPU also for a 5 5600. The 49% and 51% bottleneck on CoD's benchmark is indicating a cpu or gpu bottleneck? Or both
