bottlenecking with graphics card upgrade?

I built my first computer in 2015 and I have a evga gtx960 ssc acx 2.0. My cpu is the i5-4690k, evga gpus are on sale and wanted to know if I would have a bottleneck issue with a evga gtx 1060 6gb ssc.
