Bought a 760, only boots to BIOS menu

So after an upgrade, the card only boots to the bios menu and stays there. Any help?

well im using the computer right now, with a 550ti. I upgraded from that to a 760 but the 760 only boots to the bios menu. Its just an upgrade. not a complete build
