budget plan is about $1000 the rest of the system, i have running system atm: i7 8700, z390 aorus ultra, corsair dd4 32gb, 750 corsair psu, asus rog rtx 2080 ti oc.

planning to use 13700k as the cpu for about $350
i can get a Asus Rog Strix Z690 F Gaming Wifi D5 LGA 1700 for $300
i'm open to any suggestion

Look at the 12700 / 12700F or the 13700 / 13700F + B760 board.
