thank you so much for reading this. let me start by saying im new to the pc scene, so I bought a pre-built to make it easier for me. im aware that I paid more than I needed to since I could have put together for cheaper, but I just don't know how and im still educating myself. but basically ive been told I shouldn't be having these problems, from friends, based on the kind of computer and parts I have. yet I can barely play shooter games basically. I get stuttering and freezing in pubg making the game unplayable. even with vsync on, it doesn't help. and on overwatch, I cant even play the game without vsync on otherwise I get insane screen tearing when I rotate my hero. I have the Dell inspiron 5675, it comes with amd Ryzen 5 1400, with amd radeon rx 570 gpu. 1tb hd, 8gb ram. all of my drivers are up to date for the gpu, and cpu when I go into decide manager and inspect. on pubg my setting are all on literally as low as they can be, even though this is not how I wish to play the game. and I still I will get fps drops/lag/freezing right when a fight starts, or when nothing is even happening. ill try to open my loot menu, pressing tab, and it will take sometimes over a second to open it. ill try to do a 180 and it will stutter and lag the whole time, and then I die. I don't know what other information to provide, but I keep hearing that my computer is 'good' so if I have a decent computer, why cant I play this game on all very low settings? so far I only own OW and pubg. im not sure what else to provide but I could really use some help. its come to the point where id rather just play my console because it runs better. can somsone please help me understand whats going on, and why being a semi-competitive gamer is literally impossible with my computer? am I just really behind on specs for the games? thanks for dealing with my noobiness, everyone has to start somewhere and I just don't understand the nature of my problem. I just finished a test and these were the results, maybe this could help determine the problem. http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/10402785#DRIVE

Solution
#1 Monitor temperatures.
If anything is overheating it could easily be the source of your problem. These computers get shipped, sometimes things come loose. (A lot of OEM computers come with foam inside the desktop to prevent shipping damage, sometimes people forget to take it out and starve things of air)

#2 Don't trust device manager. Go to Dell/Foxconn(Whoever actually makes your motherboard) to download the latest motherboard drivers and AMD for the latest RX570 drivers.

#3 Check to see if Dell has any BIOS updates for your system. Early Ryzen systems had issues with memory compatibility and other issues. These could now be fixed with a BIOS update.

Is it only this one game you have issues with? Try re-installing the game. Report...
