[SOLVED] Bought a DVI cable, not sure it fits my desktop - does it?

Hi,
I am trying to connect two monitors to my desktop, while the HDMI has already used by the first monitor, and there is one free HDMI port.
This is how it looks like:

And this is the DVI cable I bought (same in both ends) -
I didn't open the package because it doesn't look like it fits, it says DVI 24+1 CABLE M/M

and my question is - does it actually fits?

Remove protective plastic cap from the cable end. Can't see the connector.
If that is DVI-I cable, then it will not fit. DVI-D cable is needed there.

Thanks! I removed the plastic cap and it looks like DVI-D.
